Tate to Tate blocks set

tate.jpg

All right, this may smack just a leeetle bit like parents who only want to buy educational toys for their kids. Yes, it's a set of blocks. But it is also a representation of the buildings and landmarks that stand between the two Tate art galleries in London, on the river Thames. You can see simple representations of the London Eye big wheel, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, St Paul's Cathedral, and other iconic structures. Fabulous for those history/geography classes, yes, but let's face it: to kids below a certain age, block is a block.

Get your own piece of London history at the online Tate shop, for £10.00.

PS, they remind me a bit of the Muji cities in a bag.
