Casalino Chair

chaisejaune.jpg

I can spend days looking at chairs, but it takes a while before something catches my eye. I fell in love with the Casalino chair almost immediately, however. The chair comes in a welcoming bright yellow color, and is oddly happy looking. What does it resemble? I don't know, but it seems to beg to be touched and sat in and moved around the room... perfect for a child who likes to do their own thing with her space.

I think giving kids interesting furniture is a good way to get them thinking about design, and the Casalino is certainly striking enough for that task.
