Chickpea Kid

Remember my post about those adorable metallic toggle shoes from Chickpea Kid? We found the Chickpea booth over at the Bubble show and discovered that designer Emily Spray has a whole collection of shoes, clothing and accessories, including these cool gold and silver booties for Fall, that she sews by hand in her Manhattan studio.

The item that caught my eye, however, were these fantastic bright red, soft leather shoes with ankle ties for infants 0-6 months. Maybe it's because I was lamenting over the fact that my 2nd has moved on to toddlerhood and will never fit into shoes this small, but they were just too sweet.

We'll hopefully find more of Emily's designs in stores in the upcoming months.

Those little red shoes and the dresses are absolutelyt adorable! But same problem here - my daughter outgrew them, and, in fact, my baby-son did too! :-)
