Country Toy Shoppe car carrier

Despite my best efforts at gender-neutral play, my son is obsessed with vehicles. (I actually found myself correcting my architect aunt at a construction site this weekend. "See the back hoe, Olie?" she asked my son. "Um, that's an excavator, Sheila...", say I. Yikes!) My house is literally littered with things with wheels of all shapes and sizes - many of which have been stamped out of machine complete with violently colored plastic hulls, flashing lights, and screaming sirens. So naturally I was drawn to this lovely, wooden car carrier. Not only is its pleasing form hand crafted from serene, natural wood, but also it gives you a neat and convenient way to store four cars in one. Not to mention the fact that because it requires spacial relationship skills to put it back together, it encourages brain development as well. Oh yeh, and car carriers really are a favorite of the boy too.
