A space-saving table

Ironically, I really want this space-saving play table, but I don't think we've got the room for it. Our weird Victorian flat is extensive but made up of awkwardly-shaped, small rooms, and there's definitely no way to fit in any more furniture. But, oh, if we had the space!

I love the simultaneous solidity and contemporary feel of this set. I like the way those broad benches slot under the table, and the way there's room for four pals to play or eat together at a squeeze. And at £129, the price is good too.

OK, so maybe we have to see what we could shift to make way for this.
