The Beaba Babycook
It's becoming increasingly hard to trust that what's being put in our food is good for us. We saw this sold at Williams Sonoma and got excited. Then noticed that the food was being steamed in polycarbonate. Does anyone know if there should be a concern with BpA and this product?

I was really excited about this product until I did more research on it. Right now, it is suggested that you do not cook or heat up polycarbonate plastics, especially for babies or pregnant women. Canada has already banned BpA products in the lining in cans of baby formula and baby products.
If they would use a different plastic or different type of material, this would be worth it again. As of now, I am just not willing to take the chance.
Such a shame too, I really loved this product.
