Galeano Poggi: No Design, Just Ideas

02presentacion%5B1%5D.jpg

"You don't turn on the light. You liberate it."

At least, that's what Argentinian architects/designers Carolina Galeano and Francisco Poggi would like you to think when you work one of their very cool Dimerlamps. As you open the cube, the light turns on and as you open the cube more light is - well - liberated. One of these would be just perfect for a nursery when you're trying to strike that delicate balance between "still dark enough for baby to sleep" and "light enough to feed/change her."

A regular dimmer lamp would also work, of course, but this one is just really good to look at.
