Place mats from Modern-twist

plmtor04_bss_01.jpg

Ah, the seemingly never-ending balancing act between kid-friendliness and minimalist design. No place is this struggle more evident than at the dinner table, where too often garish Dora dishes clash with Mom's bone china and linen napkins. Yep, I've been there...

Ergo, I was delighted to eliminate at least one offending item from the kid end of the table, with these playful place mats from Modern-twist. Each design features a funky character that is hand silk-screened onto food-safe silicone. The colors are jolly but modern; the graphics are fun yet minimal; and best yet they're easy to clean. Everybody wins!

Just wanted to mention, you can actually color the Kat in the City with washable markers, color..the simply rinse off in the sink..you can also use a damp napkin as an eraser. In the next few months we will provide the markers. The placemats have been tested thoroughly by my market research group..My three kids.
Best
Kat

What is also great about these is that they can grow up with your kids. I use the owl and the monster all the time for myself; they put a smile on my face at breakfast.
