Retro bed-in-a-bag

bedinbag.jpg

A bed-in-a-bag can be so useful for sleepovers, trips away, and stays with grandparents, and not just because it can be thrown into the car at a moments' notice. Kids appreciate the reassurance of their own blanket and pillow, meaning any stay in an unfamiliar bed is already more likely to be successful.

As an extra incentive, these retro designs from Angels With Dirty Faces are lovely. When I'm buying something reasonably utilitarian, I always feel silly shopping around to see if there's a more aesthetically pleasing version, but in this case my patience was rewarded. Cowboys, rockets, dolls or puppies: there's a good range to choose from.
