Kiki and Polly

If you're looking for something a little more sophisticated for your nursery walls - something that, say, might still look good in your kid's first apartment - consider the understated art of Lisa Golightly. Named after her daughter's bird Kiki and imaginary friend Polly, Lisa's work beautifully captures all the whimsy and imagination of childhood, without being too saccharin. Indeed there's something almost haunting lovely about it, as if her glimpses into childhood moments are as magical and yet fleeting as childhood itself. Each 8x8, limited edition print is printed using archival inks on 8" x 10" paper, and comes signed and dated. An unexpected and affordable way to decor your nursery. Or, if finances allow, how much more special to invest in a wood and acrylic original.
