Trees Around Britain print

trees-around-britain

I can't boast a rural upbringing, exactly, but some of my most pervasive memories of childhood are of taking walks with my mother, when she'd identify flowers and trees by name. Much of it has stuck with me, although I have to say that as my increasingly urban life unfolded, lack of use has caused many of the names to disappear from my memory.

Nonetheless, these early experiences have given me the unshakable idea that nature-walks are an essential part of the mother-daughter bond, and I'm keen to do the same for my girl. This print from Bold and Noble, so carefully done, would be an excellent method of both boning up on my botany, and of cheering up my daughter's room - and all for just £30.00 (overseas shipping information here).
