Tetra lights: shedding a light on recycling?

tetra-lamp-by-masif-designs

The Tetra light, is, as far as I can work out, just a prototype, but it raises interesting possibilities, does it not? It uses battery-powered LED lights, so there are no cables and it doesn't get too hot, and while it's not actually made out of an old tetra pack of milk or juice, it does make one think that it wouldn't be so hard to fashion your very own, eco-friendly, recycled night light at low cost.

Before you do so, please note that I do not guarantee the safety of such a product! I'm just saying it could be an idea you might like to explore. And, actually, if you are feeling really ambitious, here is another.
