Bu! - which means Boo!

One website leads to another, and playing follow-the-link this week seems to have taken me through an awful lot of Scandinavian sites: well, they like their design, these people.

What have I learned? Well, a little bit of Swedish: "Bu!" means "Boo!" it would seem. So if I'm ever fortunate enough to be over there at Hallowe'en, why, I'll be practically fluent.

Bu! is also the name of this sweet little blankie, which as well as being a snuggle-up for your little one, can be transformed into a ghost costume for those moments where they are feeling more mischievous than in need of comfort. What an enchanting and novel idea.
