In the jungle

deep-in-the-jungle

I was struck by the muted tones in this jungle illustration from Tsk Tsk - so many pictures for children are either in garish primary brights, or equally offensive pastels. Thank goodness for the internet, which allows us to track down independent printmakers and artists who don't have to be dictated to by market forces.

The worldwide part of www also allows us to source goodies from as far away as Australia, which is where this particular work is from - and snap them up, so long as we don't mind the long shipping times. Modern life is kind of fantastic sometimes, isn't it?

thanks for liking my work.

Australia isn't that far. Most works arrive in the US or Continent from here around 6-10 after posting. It all depends on what it is and where it is going to.
