Swedish story placemats

You've got the Katvig, your kid can't move for Smafolk and your Plastisock habit is out of hand... but still you can't get enough of that sweet Scandinavian design? I completely understand. And so, clearly, do Huset Shop, as they have brought us these very sweet placemats, $10 each, based on Swedish picture books.

Pippi Longstocking you will recognise, of course - indeed, as a Scandinavoholic (I just coined that word) you'll no doubt have the Lauren Child version - but if you're like me, you'll have to look up the vaguely familiar pudgy face of Gunnila Bergström's Alfons Åberg. In either case – these will add both cheer and interest to your children's mealtimes. As well as that little bit more Scandinavian-ness to your life.
