BABYGADGET PRIZE DRAWING RULES

HOW TO ENTER: Visitors to the Babygadget website at www.babygadget.net who correctly submit entries in accordance with the instructions posted on the Babygadget website for the current prize drawing by 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) of the last day of the drawing are entered into the current posted drawing. The entry must be completed with all required information for the entry to be valid. There is a limit of one entry per person. No responsibility is assumed by Babygadget or the sponsor (if any), and entrants waive all claims for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries or for any problems of technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, software, failure of any email service or any combination thereof, including without limitation any damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer resulting from participation in this promotion. All entries become the property of Babygadget or the drawing sponsor (if any).

CURRENT PRIZE AND WINNER SELECTION: The prize and sponsor (if any) for the current drawing is described on the Babygadget website. The winner or winners will be randomly selected from entries properly submitted by the deadline, and the prizes will be awarded upon winner validation and verification by Babygadget. Taxes, fees and all other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of each prize winner. Chances of winning depend upon the number of entries submitted. Winners will be notified via email at the email address provided in their entries. If Babygadget is unable to reach a selected entrant by email or if the selected entrant does not respond to notification or fails to provide all requested information and releases requested for delivery of the prize within seven (7) calendar days of notice, the selected entrant will be disqualified and will forfeit his or her right to a prize, and an alternate entrant will be selected. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize shall constitute the winner’s consent to the use of his name and address (city and state only) for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

ELIGIBILITY: In order to be eligible, you must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States and be at least 18 years old or older as of the date of entry. This prize drawing is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and possession outside of the U.S., and where prohibited by law. Employees and agents of Babygadget or its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotions agencies and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses and people with whom they are domiciled) are ineligible to enter or win.

RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, and no substitutions will be allowed. All prizes must be accepted as described and awarded.

LIST OF WINNERS: The names of winners will be available after the winners have been officially notified. The list of winners may be obtained by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Babygadget, Prize Drawings, P.O. Box 242, Kensington, MD 20895. All such requests must be received within two weeks of the entry deadline. GENERAL: Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Babygadget, and all prize drawing sponsors, their affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assign, from any damage, injury, death, loss, or other liability that may arise from entrant’s participation in any prize drawing or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. All entrants agree that the laws of the United States shall exclusively apply to all prize drawings, and that any dispute with respect to any prize drawing shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the state of Maryland.
